Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business for DaMar through marketing, developing new and existing clients, and increasing job orders.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop potential clients through sales calls, prospecting, and market research
- Utilize client management systems to manage and update client information, build electronic pipelines, and track sales funnels
- Supply clients and prospects with customized sales materials and follow up regularly to build relationships and generate new business
- Maintain awareness of clients' business environments and changing needs to resolve customer service issues effectively
- Actively participate in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge and build relationships
- Document all sales activities and submit weekly reports to track progress and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably in a staffing agency
- Strong skills in building relationships, critical thinking, collaboration, and verbal/written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Email
DaMar Staffing offers a competitive company total compensation plan, including a base salary of $35,000 to $40,000 plus commission. We also offer a stimulating work environment with a growth-oriented dynamism and opportunities for professional growth and development.
