Management Solutions LLC is in search of a Head of Human Resources Operations to lead and refine our HR and talent acquisition strategies. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our organization attracts, retains, and nurtures exceptional talent while aligning with our strategic goals, core values, and compliance standards. The successful candidate will serve as the functional leader for our HR and Talent Acquisition departments, playing a crucial role in the senior leadership team to drive organizational strategy and enhance cross-functional integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the HR and Talent Acquisition functions at Management Solutions.
  • Develop and implement the departmental budget.
  • Lead the HR team in crafting and executing HR strategies across the organization, including managing human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Enhance applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other platforms to ensure seamless workflows and data integration.
  • Design and implement policies, processes, and training initiatives to support compliance and corporate culture.
  • Guide the Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Stay abreast of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts and manage succession planning across the organization.
  • Facilitate career-pathing discussions with team leaders and high-potential employees.
  • Oversee the orientation program for new hires.
  • Act as a mentor and supervisor for the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Promote professional development and training for HR staff.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions as a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience; experience may substitute for education.
  • Experience in federal government contracting is essential.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in both talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • This position is remote, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events or client meetings.
