The Division of Human Resources at InsideHigherEd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will provide direct support to our colleges and divisions, ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, approve, and provide support for cross-functional HR actions, prioritizing service to customer units.
- Provide guidance and assistance to HR contacts, management, and employees regarding HR actions within the scope of this position.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and applicable regulations/laws, serving as a resource and peer leader to HR Contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
