Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies and functions with the operational goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR practices and employee management, leveraging their expertise to provide valuable support to both leaders and employees.

  • Assist staff and management in addressing both routine and complex work-related challenges by gathering data, evaluating potential risks, and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business on strategic and operational HR matters, proposing innovative HR strategies and offering guidance as needed.
  • Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and advising management on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Enhance employee engagement by facilitating effective communication, managing change, providing training and development resources, and organizing activities and events.
  • Support management in the recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring timely preparation and processing of all necessary documents and reports.
  • Review and process approved personnel actions, including payroll, compensation adjustments, and leaves of absence.
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare information for statistical and regulatory reporting, employee communications, and process improvements.
