Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Relationship Manager to join our team at Berkshire Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our affluent clients, delivering on our franchise power.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-service banking to high-value clients and oversee a portfolio of simple and/or packaged product account relationships.
- Consult with new and existing clients regarding their financial needs, identifying sales opportunities and following through to close.
- Deepen customer relationships through cross-selling, including investments, insurance, commercial, and retail products.
- Interact daily with clients at bank branches, their homes, and places of business to provide a high-touch personalized customer experience.
- Work directly with the MyBanker Leader to develop consistent and specific sales strategies, priorities, targets, performance standards, marketing plans, and accomplishments.
- Build a network of internal and external centers of influence to enhance the client experience and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards.
Requirements:
- BA or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial sales environment with proven results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Salesforce, proven coaching skills.
- Demonstrated experience servicing the needs of high-net-worth individuals with a premier level of customer service.
- Commercial/business banking experience.

- Extensive understanding of financial markets.
