Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-service banking to high-value clients and grow and oversee a portfolio of simple and/or packaged product account relationships.
  • Consult with new and existing clients regarding their financial needs, identifying sales opportunities and following through to close; deepening customer relationships through cross-selling.
  • Interact daily with the client base at bank branches, clients' homes, and places of business to provide a high-touch personalized customer experience with availability seven days.
  • Work directly with the MyBanker Team Leader to develop consistent and specific sales strategies, priorities, targets, performance standards, marketing plans, and accomplishments.
  • Continually build a network of internal and external centers of influence to further enhance the client experience and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years banking experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a salesforce, proven coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated experience servicing the needs of high-net-worth individuals with a premier level of customer service.
  • Commercial/business banking experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Skills Ability to set strategic direction and deliver business solutions.
  • Demonstrates a high level of AMEB Leadership Behaviors.
  • Strong Client Management Skills.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Extensive understanding of financial markets.
