Position Overview:


The Project Manager (PM) is an experienced professional responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

The PM ensures that all team members meet project budget, schedule, and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities include leading procurement efforts, managing trade contracts, conducting project meetings, and preparing comprehensive project reports. The PM serves as the primary contact for all business and contractual matters, closely collaborating with the Project Superintendent and typically reporting to the Vice President. The role involves a mix of office and fieldwork, with occasional site visits.

The PM is dedicated to providing exceptional service to colleagues, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, regulatory officials, and other stakeholders involved in the projects.


Ideal Candidate:
Holds a minimum of a four-year degree in engineering or a construction-related field.
Possesses at least five (5) years of relevant experience.

Demonstrates a portfolio of completed projects showcasing successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Has a strong ability to interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Exhibits an understanding of the values and ethics that set our company apart in the competitive landscape.
