Job Title: Digital Accessibility Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Accessibility Sales Executive to join our team at The Viscardi Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by promoting our digital accessibility services to businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver sales proposals and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital accessibility services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct sales needs analysis with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, assistive technology, and accessibility guidelines to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Three years of sales experience in an IT sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, cloud-computing, and web/video collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce.
