Account Executive/Sales Director

AC Lion Digital Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing regional agency/advertiser relationships within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed territory quarterly sales goals
  • Prospect new business accounts through email, events, cold calling, and networking
  • Full sales cycle from proposal development, delivery, negotiation, to close
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospective clients and upsell existing clients on new product developments
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media managers, media directors, and C-Suite executives
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Work with marketing to develop case studies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media programmatic advertising sales within your territory
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising
  • 3+ years of experience forming deep relationships and proven sales success calling on Independent Agencies within your territory
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas year-over-year
  • Experience selling omni-channel campaigns

$100-$160k base + sales commission, depending on experience, licensure, certifications, and geographical region
