Job Title: Business Development Manager for EV Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for EV Solutions to join our team at LG Electronics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned territory, with a focus on executing LG's strategic EV sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a sales strategy for EV chargers that aligns with the company's overall objectives and sales goals.
* Identify and build relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders in the EV charging industry to meet regional targets.
* Secure new distribution and sales channels to expand the company's market presence.
* Efficiently prospect and develop new accounts, evaluating market potential and driving sales through established channels.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm for vehicle electrification with a foundational understanding of the electric vehicle charging landscape and knowledge across multiple industry verticals.
* Stay current with government and utility incentives, industry trends, and competitive developments to uncover new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and maintain strong product knowledge.
* Manage and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, reporting progress to management regularly.
* Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the company's EV charging solutions and establish thought leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the EV charging or related industry.
* At least 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in sales and business development.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, preferably within the EV charging industry or a related market.
* Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and engaging with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
* In-depth understanding of the EV charging industry, including charging technologies, market trends, and the regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry influencers.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly committed to achieving success.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits as required.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and monitor sales activities effectively.
