About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative III to join our team. As a Clinical Sales Representative III, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical and technical support to customers, including product training, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or clinical role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical devices, including product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
