Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Ashfield Health, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our gastrointestinal (GI) products to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned accounts.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our GI products and provide clinical and scientific support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the GI community.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement territory-specific business plans.
  • Utilize sales reporting systems to track sales activity, gather market intelligence, and inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, medical science).
  • 3+ years of medical/clinical selling experience with demonstrated success in specialty medical products.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
