Clinical Representative III

Your Responsibilities- Serve as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in the areas of basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical observation by working with physicians, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center staff.
- Attend cases in the operating room of hospital and surgery center accounts and perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Utilize company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources to educate them on neuromodulation and the value of pain management in treating chronic pain.
- Develop relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Respond to customer and patient needs regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sales and/or clinical roles. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3+ years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role is preferred, with pain management experience being a plus.
Preferred qualifications include medical device sales and/or clinical education experience, a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science field, and experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, or Surgical Tech.
