Clinical Representative

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Clinical Representative to join our team. As a Field Clinical Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and clinical support in the areas of basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary resource for sales and clinical support in the areas of basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical observation with physicians, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center staff.
- Attend cases in the operating room of hospital and surgery center accounts and perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Utilize company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources to educate them on neuromodulation and the value of pain management in treating chronic pain.
- Develop relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Respond to customer and patient needs regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-2+ years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
