Job Summary

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and identify new sales opportunities
  • Direct sales efforts to achieve revenue goals through strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Design and implement innovative customer programs to create unique value and drive sales growth
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
  • Plan, organize, and execute a territory development strategy to expand sales reach and revenue
  • Provide sales forecasting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prospect new customers through phone, cold calls, networking, and other channels
  • Present proposed solutions to new and existing customers to drive sales growth
  • Establish and implement sales growth plans for each customer and location
  • Engage in daily customer interaction to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals to drive revenue growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in upstream oil & gas applications
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and influence buying behavior
  • Flexibility, leadership, and independence to drive sales growth and expansion
