Strategic Client Onboarding Director

The Phyton Talent Advisors team is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Onboarding Director to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our financial and operational systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring each project stays on schedule and meets defined objectives.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with client executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in on process changes and guide them through system adoption.
**Requirements:** Qualified candidates should have strong client relationship management experience, working with non-profits in a public accounting or management consulting setting. A salary range of $145-175k plus bonus and benefits DOE is expected for this position.
