Lead Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead our partnerships with agency holding groups and independent agencies.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the health of agency relationships, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing exceptional client services.
  • Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk to clients by delivering innovative solutions that meet their needs and business goals.
  • Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts.
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive portfolio revenue growth by developing and tracking progress against goals.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of Account Managers, motivating them through clear expectations, constructive feedback, and career path planning.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of digital advertising experience, including 2+ years of direct management and team development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
