Job Summary
The Strategic Relationship Director - Banking and Investments is a critical role within Citigroup, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
About the Role
This position requires a deep understanding of banking and investment products and processes, as well as exceptional credit skills to structure complex deals. The ideal candidate will have a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Proactively deepen relationships with clients through regular communication and timely responses to their needs.
- IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Network with clients to identify potential new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- STRUCTURE COMPLEX DEALS: Utilize advanced credit skills to structure complex deals, including capital market transactions.
- EXECUTE STRATEGIC INITIATIVES: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE: Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with Citi's policies and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in banking and investments
- Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes
- Exceptional credit skills and ability to structure complex deals
- Advanced level of Early Warning Detection skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and coordinate multi-functional teams

Salary Range
$157,040.00 - $235,560.00 per year, based on location and experience.
