Position Overview:


University Radiology stands as the foremost provider of specialized radiology and teleradiology services in New Jersey, featuring a team of over 180 Board Certified radiologists with extensive training and proficiency across all imaging modalities and subspecialties.

With a legacy spanning more than six decades, University Radiology is dedicated to staffing, managing, and delivering both preliminary and conclusive subspecialty interpretations and consultative assistance to hospitals, imaging facilities, and various healthcare institutions. Additionally, we serve as the academic radiology faculty at a prominent medical school.

Our radiologists interpret in excess of 2.1 million radiology procedures annually.

Key Responsibilities:


University Radiology is seeking a per diem MRI Technician Support Specialist to join our Imaging Office.

Work hours include Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

1. Assist MRI Technologists and facilitate patient flow.

2. Engage with patients and prepare them for their examinations.

3. Coordinate patient films and reports.

4. Ensure supplies are adequately stocked.

Required Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills are essential.

2. Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.

3. Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial, but not required.

4. Enrollment in a recognized radiologic technology program is a significant advantage.
