Behavioral Support Technician

We are seeking a committed Behavioral Support Technician to play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental challenges through the execution of ABA therapy protocols and methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy protocols under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Perform evaluations to assess progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary
  • Conduct personalized ABA therapy sessions for clients with developmental challenges
  • Document and monitor data regarding client progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and colleagues to develop behavior intervention strategies
  • Assist in educating parents and caregivers on ABA methods and techniques
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for clients receiving ABA therapy

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience with individuals with developmental challenges is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
