About the Role:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a key member of our team at Dungarvin, working closely with individuals who exhibit a wide range of maladaptive behaviors under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a RBT, you will be responsible for providing direct supports to our participants, including supervision, implementation of behavior support plans and guidelines, data collection, community integration, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cooperatively with the Vocational Program Director, Behavior Support Specialist, BCBA, and other staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
  • Provide direct supports to participants, including supervision, implementation of behavior support plans and guidelines, data collection, community integration, and training.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants.
  • Work closely with individuals who exhibit a wide range of maladaptive behaviors under the guidance of the BCBA.
  • Be flexible and willing to work where the need for behavioral support is greatest as determined by the Vocational Program Director.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician with 1 year of experience.
