Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our executive team in Cleveland, OH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective execution of all operational aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operational excellence, process management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimized processes, and continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in all aspects of service delivery.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, ensuring streamlined workflows, minimized waste, and maximized productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational functions, ensuring accountability and driving continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role within the boiler industry or a closely related sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving operational efficiency, improving service delivery, and achieving cost-effective outcomes.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Passion for mechanical construction, the boiler industry, and commitment to NBW's mission and values.
