Job Title: Vice President, Global Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations leader to join our team as Vice President, Global Manufacturing. This role will be responsible for leading the global manufacturing organization, manufacturing support, operations planning, process excellence, capital engineering, and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global manufacturing strategy to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of direct reports, including leaders at each facility, capital engineering, and process innovation directors.
  • Ensure world-class operational performance and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve social responsibility.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an operational leadership role.
  • Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing initiatives and driving productivity improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
