Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations leader to join our team at Howmet Aerospace Inc. as Vice President, Global Manufacturing. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth across our global manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of direct reports to ensure effective execution of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial performance and growth
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in an operational leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in a global manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience leading global manufacturing operations and supply chain management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency in a global manufacturing environment
