Business Development Director Job Description

Element Materials Technology is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of technical experience with sales responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Material Sciences or related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
