Senior Director, Global Business Insights

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies, seeks a seasoned professional to drive our business intelligence strategy.

  • Lead a diverse team of 15+ full-time employees and a contingent workforce to deliver the goals and objectives of the global business intelligence function.
  • Partner closely with executive leaders across multiple businesses and functions to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the overall Global BI function, aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Define performance measures, parameters, and benchmarks in operational and financial metrics, working with executive leadership across multiple disciplines.
  • Partner with technical teams on project planning and prioritization to ensure delivery of internal data analytics and reporting.
  • Influence and partner in developing our future data strategy and selection of best-in-class tools.
  • Manage a team to deliver the goals and objectives of the global business intelligence function, developing associates for future opportunities.
  • Support SAP deployments as part of the reporting workstream, ensuring identification of reporting gaps and resolution.
  • Translate business needs between non-technical and technical teams, ensuring successful completion and business adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of work experience in data and analytics or similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Power BI or similar reporting tool and large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
