Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Sales: Greet and qualify prospects, process applications, and manage leases and renewals.
- Resident Services: Handle rent collections, enforce lease terms, and promote resident satisfaction and retention.
- Community Management: Manage rental collections, track fees, and initiate eviction when necessary for financial compliance and revenue optimization.
- Marketing and Outreach: Conduct market research, implement outreach marketing, and update Radix (or equivalent) as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork for generating a lease, move-in, check-out, and other peak periods in a timely manner.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of relevant experience, training, or a combination of education and experience.
- At Least One Year of Experience: In customer service or apartment leasing, with a background in accounting combined with customer service preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, valid driver's license, and ability to read documents, computer screens, and data.
This role is based on-site and requires that the employee spend time outside with exposure to the elements. May require working in confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas.
