Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations across our partner practices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between headquarters and partner practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT plans and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and partner practices for IT-related matters, facilitating communication and collaboration between partner practices and the central IT team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered practices, including doctor owners, practice staff, and practice IT support (where applicable).
  • IT Project Management: Oversee IT projects within the region, coordinating with project teams at our headquarters to ensure successful implementation and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to partner practices, addressing issues and ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related problems.
  • Security and Compliance: Work with IT support teams, vendors, and service providers to implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard data and systems, negotiate contracts, and meet service level agreements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations in the region, generating regular reports for senior management highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management processes for IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • Familiarity with dental software is preferred
  • Some travel is required
