Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Assistant to join our team at Dental Health Professionals. As a Business Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance claims.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as processing payments, managing accounts receivable, and preparing financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our business operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a business or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in dental software, such as Dentrix, and experience with insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
