We are currently seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support to our operational divisions.

Position Details

LOCATION: Remote

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: None

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Investigation

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
  • Customer-focused problem solver with a collaborative mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse teams and personalities
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, along with organizational and analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with project management systems is advantageous
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Support various functions including planning, budgeting, and office management
  • Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and prepare agendas
  • Document meeting minutes and action items for team reference
  • Manage travel logistics and assist with related administrative tasks
  • Facilitate effective communication and correspondence within the team
  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support across multiple functions
  • Assist in the management of personnel and financial operations
  • Engage with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks as needed
