Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Security Management Team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the security department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to manage time and attendance, schedule payroll, and coordinate with security partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage time and attendance for security staff
  • Schedule and process payroll for security and police officers
  • Work with the security team to evaluate current processes and implement improvements
  • Coordinate with security partners and schedule security and police officers for events
  • Organize and file security reports
  • Assist with communication and keep track of invoices for payroll
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including department filing and employee badge printing
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with the ability to work efficiently and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Digital literacy and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
