Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinate and manage equipment, facilities, and supplies for the office and colleagues.
- Support Managing Principals and other leaders with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and project management.
- Plan and coordinate firm events and professional development activities.
- Assist with new staff member onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain professional licensure and employee records.
- Support contract management as needed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of administrative experience.
- Background in Marketing/Graphic Design/or related creative field is a plus.
- Background in Bookkeeping/Accounting is a plus.
- Experience working at an AEC Firm a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Knowledge of Office 365 projects including Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with internal/external audiences.
