Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join Apex Communication Corporation (ACC) as part of our human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select, recruit, and interview potential employees to meet the company's workforce needs.
  • Provide onboarding and training for new employees to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Foster a positive company culture by implementing values, policies, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and upper management to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and provide timely reports and documents to management as requested.
  • Organize employee recognition events to promote teamwork and motivation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as an HR Specialist in the government sector is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Federal Government HR duties and responsibilities is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Able to build strong relationships with all employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
