Position: Clinical Supervisor

Position Details: We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is competitive and reflects various factors such as education and professional experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid license as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist.
  • A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in the behavioral health field is required.
  • Proficiency in comprehensive treatment models addressing addictions and mental health is essential.
  • Experience or training in trauma-informed care and trauma-specific services is preferred.
  • Commitment to professional ethical standards is a must.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities are necessary.

Clinical Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director and Clinical Director in managing clinical operations.
  • Advocate for the agency's commitment to trauma-informed care to enhance resilience and recovery.
  • Conduct quarterly in-person supervision sessions with supervisees as required.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly group case consultations and coordinate quarterly child case consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance requirements for group consultations.
  • Review and provide feedback on completed chart content review forms, ensuring necessary changes are implemented.
  • Oversee critical incident reporting and educate staff on related policies and procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Foster a wellness-oriented atmosphere and encourage open communication among staff.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Revise policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Develop and update a Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Participate in clinical quality committee meetings and disseminate relevant information.
  • Engage with the Quality Improvement Committee on a quarterly basis.
  • Attend regional meetings and assist with alerts as needed.
  • Compile statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Director on addressing complaints and filing necessary reports.
  • Provide educational resources and training as required.
  • Present at quarterly staff meetings and review electronic health records as necessary.
  • Offer clinical and ethical guidance to contractors as requested.
