About the Role

This position will oversee the operation of a production line(s) on 2nd Shift at Monogram Foods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and conducting regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising production line operations and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Inspecting the production line for safety hazards and reporting any issues to management
  • Ensuring daily safety report cards are completed and submitted to management
  • Assigning tasks to line workers and providing training to meet daily production goals
  • Updating production metrics and ensuring accurate documentation of production activities
  • Escalating production issues to the Production Manager as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team
  • Goal-oriented and confident with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
