Operations Director

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility, managing our operations team, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including storage, client services, and administration.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Manage facility finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and art, and maintain a secure and compliant facility environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve client experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the art logistics or fine arts industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
