Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

As a key member of the Reading Cooperative Bank team, the Assistant Branch Manager plays a vital role in driving the success of our branches. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless execution of banking services, and fostering a culture of excellence among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch operations, including security, compliance, and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of RCB products and serve as a trusted resource for branch staff.
  • Lead cross-sales initiatives, motivate and coach staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the bank at community events and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions, solve complex problems, and drive results.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
