About the Role
Everlaw is on the lookout for a seasoned Strategic Account Executive who embodies our core values of meticulousness, self-driven excellence, transparent communication, and customer respect. In this pivotal role, you will focus on uncovering and securing new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 companies.

Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will:

  • Identify and close new business deals with large enterprise clients.
  • Utilize your expertise in prospecting, pipeline generation, and conducting discovery calls and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate effectively while maintaining a strong track record of securing new business.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Expand our presence in existing accounts by demonstrating how Everlaw can address their eDiscovery and litigation requirements.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work model.

Onboarding and Development
We prioritize integrating new hires into our team through:

  • Comprehensive onboarding sessions covering our product, policies, and team objectives.
  • Opportunities for immediate learning and contribution.

Key Activities
In your role, you will:

  • Enhance your understanding of Everlaw's software and sales processes through ongoing training.
  • Manage your territory and account strategies effectively.
  • Engage with prospects and current clients to foster relationships.
  • Execute your plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with various teams to oversee the complete sales cycle.
  • Work with marketing to create and implement demand generation initiatives.
  • Utilize our sales technology stack to identify and close new opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous training and coaching for professional growth.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven history of selling SaaS platforms, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • At least 10 years of successful experience in Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and a proactive approach to building a sales pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present needs analysis to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients.

Preferred Skills
Experience in selling legal technologies and familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of Message methodologies are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $310,000, including a base salary of $155,000. Additional benefits include:
