About the Role

C3, Inc. is a leading Enterprise AI software provider seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to drive new customer acquisition and sales strategy execution across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a High-Performing Sales Function: Manage and coach a sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets in a sub-region of North America.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Build a Top-Tier Sales Organization: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of experienced sales professionals to drive sales success.
  4. Provide Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
  5. Pursue Key Accounts: Personally engage in key account sales and ongoing customer success to drive revenue growth.
  6. Collaborate with Senior Executives: Work closely with senior executives to execute a sales strategy for the region.
  7. Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement sales plans to drive growth and meet sales targets.
  8. Optimize Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline that is predictable and drives revenue growth.
  9. Define Account Strategies: Develop account strategies that identify customer prospects and targets.
  10. Represent C3, Inc.: Drive sales opportunities with company partners and represent C3, Inc. in the market.
  11. Measure and Report Results: Track and report sales results and plan execution to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  2. 10+ Years of Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading sales teams in strategic sales.
  3. 15+ Years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience: Documented success in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services.
  4. Deep Experience Selling into Accounts: Experience selling into accounts in core markets.
  5. Outstanding Track Record of Sales Success: Proven ability to grow a sales territory and exceed assigned goals.
  6. Experience with AI and Machine Learning: Highly favorable.
  7. Data-Driven Programs: Experience creating data-driven programs to drive company strategy.
  8. Excellent Communication Skills: Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  9. Interpersonal, Planning, and Organizational Skills: Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  10. Data Management and Analysis: Demonstrated experience with data management and analysis.
