About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Oakmont Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential residents and their families.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities and promote our senior living communities.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organization and diligence in following up with prospects, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Certifications: Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
