As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the financial metrics of our service offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of accounting and control functions, including comprehensive revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the preparation of monthly financial statements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage actively with financial management tools, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of internal and client-facing financial records, providing clear insights into monthly business outcomes.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures.
  • Translate external financial forecasts into our internal systems.
  • Oversee the management of client purchase orders across the portfolio and collaborate with Senior Financial Analysts to address any discrepancies.
  • Handle the upload of monthly accounts receivable invoices.
  • Administer financial reporting, billing, and project status for on-call service sites.
  • Manage the internal purchase order process.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork, initiative, and integrity.
  • High energy level with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, capable of prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • A global perspective with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various cultures and time zones.
  • Experience working with portfolio databases and assisting in the creation of customized monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and Excel for financial analysis and spreadsheet management.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
