Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business results and achieve company goals.
Requirements:

Licensing Requirements:
