FoxPoint Trucks, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the newly created position of Sales and Closing Manager. This role will be responsible for implementing strategic goals for acquiring and onboarding active customers, managing day-to-day sales teams, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer acquisition functions, including staffing, training, and monitoring of activity/results.
  • Work with sales teams to convert qualified leads into leased customers who meet company objectives.
  • Resolve escalated situations within company policy.
  • Partner with Marketing and Director to optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop a full lifecycle customer retention program.
