Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels within customer organizations
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and market share
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Manage customer pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Act as a customer advocate, communicating customer needs and expectations to internal stakeholders
    • Manage customer performance expectations and ensure quality execution
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address customer feedback and concerns
  • Efficiency and Financial Accountability
    • Monitor and analyze financial results, volume, and service performance reports to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from customers
    • Other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Global forwarding experience
    • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
    • Fluency in multiple languages
