The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Closing Manager to join our team. This newly created position will be responsible for implementing strategic goals for acquiring and onboarding customers, managing sales teams, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer acquisition functions, including staffing, training, and monitoring of activity/results.
  • Work with sales teams to convert qualified leads into leased customers who meet company objectives.
  • Resolve escalated situations within company policy.
  • Partner with Marketing and Director to optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop a full lifecycle customer retention program.
  • Ensure sales staff engage with customers to promote lease programs and identify opportunities to assist with business growth.
  • Manage titling/registration functions, including coordination with the Operations Team and 3rd party title storage agent.
  • Monitor and provide KPI metrics on all activity and results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer acquisition, and retention, with experience in the truck finance and leasing industry. They will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and a results-driven individual who can drive business growth and development.
