Position Overview:

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to successfully pass a federal background check.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Residency in the U.S. for three (3) of the last five (5) years (military and study abroad accepted).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a tactful approach to public interactions.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Ability to engage sensitively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capability to work with standard office software and systems.

Working Environment:

  • Standard office setting.
  • Some local travel may be necessary.
  • Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and fax machines.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support for our office.

Main Duties:

  • Greet and assist program participants, community visitors, and agency personnel.
  • Ensure proper check-in procedures for program participants during office visits.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate case records and perform data entry.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation.
  • Support the Program Manager and Case Specialists with coordination and clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate transportation services for program participants.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay:
Pay USD $18.00/Hr.
