Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of interaction between the Firm and prospective clients. This role involves introducing clients to the Firm's offerings and providing support once they decide to engage the Firm's services. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and relaying client information to the relevant departments. Candidates should be adept in an office setting, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general clerical tasks.
  • Manage incoming calls and other forms of communication.
  • Verify documentation related to client retention.
  • Execute additional related tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full-time position, standard business hours.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Capable of handling a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
