  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in typing (35 WPM or more) and ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Climbing: Ability to climb stairs to the second floor.
  • Verbal Communication: Ability to verbally communicate effectively.
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate a computer terminal, copiers, and complete paperwork.
