Job Summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that align with our mission and vision. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Oversight
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery and outcomes
    • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure compliance and quality
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program operations
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide leadership and direction to program staff, ensuring effective management and supervision
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
    • Communicate program information and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and board members
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery and outcomes
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, business administration, or public health
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and operations, with a focus on compliance and risk management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and developing training programs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
