About the Role

Nexus Family Healing is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our programs and services, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our programs and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in our programs and services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, and identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, social work, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
